MARCH 21th: SPRING KATAZUKE TIME!!!

i bought a few more volumes of irumu-kun the other day, i don't even wakaru nihongo (learning it is MURI if you're a native eigo speaker!) but i buy them to support nishi-sensei and i also like looking at the pictures (especially of amelie-chan!). but when i put them on the shelf, i noticed that i'm starting to run out of room!

i did some suugaku and i can only fit 13 more at this rate! so, i decided to make some more room in my room (hehe) by getting rid of some stuff! i decided to start with my pokemon plushies which i have WAY TOO MANY of, and i don't even care about pokemon that much. plus, when i went to the pokemon center in japan, i bought a bunch of plushies of pokemon i don't even really like because the selection was bad but i felt like i HAD to buy a bunch of stuff! i didn't really know when to start, then i remembered the QUEEN of CLEAN, marie kondo. i haven't ever seen or read anything by her, but i remembered seeing a motivational quote on instagram about only keeping things that SPARK JOY! so, i sorted them into two piles, ones that don't spark joy and ones that do. i took a picture:

i thought it would be really muzukashii but it was actually super easy! the ones that spark joy are on the migi btw.

FEBRUARY 30th: I GOT SOME NENDOS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER!!

even though they have been churning out new nendos faster than ever in the past couple years, somehow none of them are of characters i actually want! it's all characters from the latest flavor of the month show, or fortnite, or literally who vtubers, or some obscure gacha game that's six months from shutting down and being forgotten forever. making fake nendo announcements for memes isn't even funny anymore because have the time they end up becoming real only a few months later... i would NOT be surprised to open up the goodsmile website one day and see that they have announced the PETER FAMILY GUY nendoroid, it is only a matter of time... he is already in fortnite after all...

BUT, the streak is finally broken! yes, they released some nendoroids i actually hoshii!!! not just one but TWO, iruma-kun and bondrewd!! today i unboxed them, and took this commemorative shashin:

iruma is attacking bondrewd because despite his slick SEXY voice, bondrewd is a definitely a WARUI guy!!!! unfortunately iruma doesn't really come with any weapons (that is ANOTHER mondai with nendoroids these days... the prices keep rising but the number of accessories keeps dropping...) so i had to have him use his little dinner knife...

FEBRUARY 15th: THE SIMULATION IS OVER????

wow... yatto owatta... the ending didn't hit as hard as girl's last tour but it's hard to top that... i guess there was THAT ONE PART tho...

i thought i had some really deep thoughts comparing it with girl's last tour like how it's basically the opposite, a world with no limitations, but then i realized that's just what tsukumizu said in the postscript... i will have to kangaeru some more... maybe with some wine...
